Andra Aho is the FISU Muay Thai University World Champion (2018), IFMA World Cup silver medallist, ISKA and WAK-1F European champion, and multiple-time Estonian champion in both Muay Thai and kickboxing. The Estonian Combat Sports Association and the Estonian Muay Thai Federation have both named her best female athlete in 2015 and 2018. She came to Muay Thai at the age of 16, driven by an interest in learning self-defence, and since then her heart has belonged to boxing. As a coach, she believes that boxing develops discipline, emotional control and strategic thinking.
