This is not just training
Next Round is neither a classic boxing training nor an ordinary team event. It is an experiential format where practical skills from boxing, ways of thinking, and perspectives are brought into work and life.
We do not teach people to fight, but help them learn how to stay calm under pressure, lead themselves clearly, and act with confidence.

Allan Volosatõh and Dmitry Salamatin bring practical skills and experience to Next Round from the world of combat sports. Next Round was created by Olesija and Monika
Next Round was created by Olesija Saue and Monika Kuzmina, who wanted to give boxing a new meaning and bring it into a wider social context. Both Olesija and Monika share a passion for boxing and have seen firsthand how it develops presence, resilience, discipline, and the ability to remain clear under pressure. From this came the idea for Next Round — a format that supports boxing's rebranding and alleviates athletes’ daily problems.

Olesija Saue
Olesija Saue is a personal branding expert, leadership coach, author, and Top Personal Branding voice on LinkedIn. Her work focuses on helping leaders, experts, and organizations build meaningful personal brands and create systems that support their growth, visibility, and perceived potential.
Olesija sees the Next Round format as a combination of personal branding, leadership, and strategic development. For her, boxing is a way to stay present, learn discipline, and find clarity under pressure.

FOUNDER
Monika Kuzmina
Monika Kuzmina is a former athlete/sports journalist who has worked in sports communication and as a producer on various sports projects. GoalFight. Together with top athletes and the wider world of sport, this gave her an understanding of how much athletes must do besides competition, even when they would most need peace and presence.
As the founder of the media agency GoodNews Communication, Monika brings Next Round a media, visibility, and broader social perspective: how boxing can be brought into society in a way that supports both athletes and participants more holistically.
